The Intellio Warranty
Intellio writing instruments are made of carefully selected precious metals & raw materials, manufactured with utmost artisanship and assembled with finesse all while going through stringent checks at every stage. Intellio writing instruments are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failures due to faulty materials or workmanship. Intellio will replace or repair, at its discretion, any possibly faulty materials or defects in workmanship free of charge for a specified period from the time of purchase. Please check the warranty period of your instrument on our website.
The Intellio guarantee is only valid if the international Intellio guarantee certificate is also produced when returned to any authorized agents or dealers in the world. The certificate has to be duly completed, it has to bear the date of purchase of the product and signed by an authorized Intellio dealer.

For repairs, please contact the nearest authorized sales point or Intellio agent in your country, who already has a complete range of basic spare parts for Intellio writing instruments. In case you have any queries please contact us on customercare@intelliopens.com.
For more complex repairs, please return your writing instrument to the Intellio service center. Please send the product to be repaired along with its parts and the warranty (shipping costs will be paid by the customer). You can find out the nearest service centre by contacting us on customercare@intelliopens.com. To help us carry out the repair work as efficiently as possible, please provide the following information at the time of submitting the pen both with the Intellio Agent or at the Intellio Service Centre:
